High maintenance to stay low maintenance: part 1
As requested, here are links to all the products I use from this post:
Red light therapy device: I did much of my research from the redlightman.com blog - it contains in-depth research into the many uses for RLT and includes references for all the findings. When it came to choosing my device, I also referred to the interviews here. You can also purchase high-quality red light therapy panels from blockbluelight.co.uk.
Clearspring matcha tea bags: purchased from Waitrose and can be found at health food stores (e.g., Whole Foods, Planet Organic). Other matcha powder/tea bag options, see here.
Mouth tape. If you don’t shop from amazon, I’ve heard good things about these two brands here and here.
Cocos yogurt: can be found at Waitrose and health food stores (e.g., Whole Foods, Planet Organic). For those that are not non-dairy, kefir and yogurt are excellent options too.
Witch hazel water or from here (if you are a past or current client)
Invivo Bio.Revive Digestive or from here (if you are a past or current client)
